Amanda M. Beatty — born and raised in Round Top/Saugerties, NY — grew up in family-owned businesses and started working at a young age in multiple roles. After college, Amanda built a 20-year career with a biosciences company, working in maintenance, as a technician, and spending 15 years in Supply Chain. She later pursued her studies and earned her Bachelor’s degree.
Amanda is the brains behind the business — handling operations, planning, organization, and making the vision come to life.

Michael W. Beatty — born and raised in beautiful Cairo, NY — is the man with the talent and the craft. From a young age, Michael discovered his natural gift while taping and painting at his very first job. It didn’t take long for people to notice he could cut a straight line freehand and move faster than anyone around him.
Much of Michael’s skillset was built through hands-on experience and self-learning. Over the years, he has held leadership roles including Lead Carpenter, Site Superintendent, and Project Manager. His dedication to quality, precision, and pride in workmanship is what sets Beatty Elite apart
